Claire is an absolute DOLL.
Don't have a jogging stroller, but have you ever checked our Craig's List? Could be hit or miss, but that's always my first flinch for almost anything! Also, check out babyage.com as well. There are some great used kids stores around the valley that have gently used strollers, etc and I know I've seen joggers in the past at stores like that. Just my thoughts.
